Juli Wilhelm - Executive Vice President
Juli is responsible for new business development for the health and welfare division of Cambridge Financial Services. Juli joined Cambridge Financial Services with extensive experience in human Resources management in major corporations as well as entrepreneurial environments. She has been responsible for developing and implementing employee benefit programs and defining the strategy for the Human Resources direction for these companies.
Prior to joining Cambridge, Juli was the Vice President, Human Resources, for a telecommunications start-up, OnSite Access. She developed the human Resources function and implemented a total employee benefits plan for the company. As Vice President of Human Resources at Starter Corp., Juli managed all HR strategic issues for this $300 million athletic apparel company, including design and implementation of employee benefits. In divisions of Thomson Corporation, General Mills and Dun & Bradstreet, Juli was responsible for managing the human Resources function.
Juli graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree from Holy Names College in California. She attended the Human Resources Management program at Harvard University.
She is licensed in California as a broker for life, health, and accident insurance.
