Group Dental Insurance Plans
Many of our clients choose to offer dental insurance plans to their employees. Dental plans are usually fully insured, using one of several nationwide provider networks. Dental benefits are relatively inexpensive and typically have a small deductible, with the employee covering a small percentage of the cost for each treatment. Dental insurance benefits are usually capped at $1,500 per year.
Group Vision Insurance Plans
Vision benefits are not normally offered as a part of employee medical benefits. Most medical plans cover the cost of eye care for a medical condition, but do not cover the costs of eye exams or refractions, lenses, frames and contacts. You can offer a very low cost vision insurance plan to employees as a paid benefit or on a voluntary basis to those who need it.
