FSA (Flexible Spending Account)
Not every expense can be covered by group insurance. Recognizing this, the federal government allows the employee to put aside, on a tax-free basis, money to pay for medical expenses not covered by insurance and for dependent care expenses (such as day care or baby-sitting).
