Dental Care Plan
Dental Insurance is plan coverage provided by employers for dental treatment and services prescribed and performed by a dentist, licensed dental hygienist under a dentist's direction. Coverage generally includes preventive, maintenance and restorative procedures and may exclude or limit reimbursement for procedures that are cosmetic or discretionary. Generally, the cost of dental coverage is not includable in the employee's gross income and is deductible by the employer.
